The Personalized Exercise Programming of Private Training with the Motivating Team Environment of Group Training.
Our Semi-Private Training provides 4-8 individuals the opportunity to achieve accelerated results at a fraction of the cost of personal training. This program is for those who want a personalized exercise program with specific objectives, individualized attention, and accountability from a coach. As an added bonus, we include Nutrition Coaching complementary ($300 value) to make sure you get the best results possible.
This 12-week program is available on a rolling basis starting in January, April, July, and October. You can join the waitlist to apply for the next start date. If you register and a spot is currently available, we’ll contact you.
SMALL GROUP BOOT CAMP

Target Fat Loss, Tone Up, and Feel Energized
These 45 minute workouts include Resistance, Cardiovascular, and Plyometric Training delivered in 2 circuits to help you build more muscle and lose more fat for up to 38 hours after your workout has finished. Workouts are time based, giving each person the opportunity to move at their own pace. Exercises are also adaptable to appropriately challenge both first time gym goers and veterans.

Train Smarter and Achieve Your Goals From Anywhere.
With online training you’ll get better results than the person aimlessly running on the treadmill or wandering around the gym with no clear direction. Your program can be designed to do from the comfort of your home or at your local gym.
In this program, you’ll receive a personalized exercise program with clear and easy to understand directions. It will be designed and delivered within our fitness app. There will be a video demonstrating each exercise, a place to record your reps and weights, and a calendar to schedule your workouts.
After registering you’ll speak with a coach who can answer any questions and before deciding if online training is right for you.

We threw out cookie cutter meal plans, so we can create a dietary plan that’s specifically built for you.
Learn the exact nutrition strategies and habits to follow, what foods best support your goals, how to prepare and eat your meals, and discover why consuming certain nutrients is optimal for your body.
This system is flexible, encouraging you to try new foods and empowering you to make healthier decisions gradually. You don’t need to change everything at once to see progress. You only need to make the right changes, so you can enjoy every bite.

Take advantage of our freshly made meal prep and lose 1-2lbs per week. These are 500 calorie meals with 25-30 grams of protein. Perfect to for fat loss.
The menu rotates weekly and is available on our Instagram stories Saturday and Sunday. We also text the menu.
Have an allergy or dietary restriction? Place them in the order form and chef will alter the meals to meet your preferences or needs.
Meals are dropped off Monday and Wednesday. Pick up times are available between 5am-10am and 5:00pm-7pm. Each meal will be marked with your name.
