THE PRIVATE TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Whether you’re a beginner or veteran in the gym, you will receive the instruction and accountability you need to reach your health and fitness goals with private training.
Common goals we’ve helped our clients achieve include weight loss, building muscle, increasing flexibility, and improving stamina. We also address important health markers like blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood lipids by integrating complementary nutrition coaching into every training package.
To develop your customized program, our personal trainers offer a free intro session where you will complete a 30-40 minute physical fitness assessment. During the assessment you will receive the guidance to execute 5 foundational weight lifting exercises using proper form and technique. Based on your performance, your trainer may ask you to complete additional exercises for further evaluation.
After the intro session, we’ll review your performance and goals together to develop a plan that works best for you. If you decide to move forward with private training, we will complete onboarding at this time. Onboarding takes about 15 minutes including measurements, nutrition coaching materials, and a free members workout shirt.

After years of playing competitive sports, I gained an unhealthy 60lbs and no longer felt like the elite athlete I used to be. Not feeling like myself, it was time for a change. During my weight loss journey I fell in love with fitness, and by the end of it I not only lost 70lbs, but I found new a passion.
As a coach I am excited to help you reach your fitness goals with a program designed just for you. I believe that everyone is capable of becoming the best version of themselves with consistency, hard work, and encouragement.

From competitive martial artist and strength athlete to teacher of combat arts and competitive barbell sports, I am a lifetime student of physical discipline and culture.
Over 10 years in developing skills and knowledge as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, powerlifting coach, sports performance coach and crossfit coach has allowed me to create an efficient, foundational, systematic approach to helping shape fitter, healthier, stronger, more confident people from diverse populations with diversified goals.
My purpose is to contribute to why we are all, holistically, better versions of ourselves.

Growing up, I had a strong passion for soccer. Unfortunately, my competitive years came to an end due to an injury. After going through rehabilitative therapy, I had to look for another form of exercise. That’s when I grew an interest in resistance training.
Now, not only is it my goal to teach others how to exercise at a gym, but I also want to stress how important it is. To me, strength training is about joint health, longevity, and growth. With my Kinesiology undergrad degree from CSULB, background in personal training, and experience working in a physical therapy clinical setting, I want to share my knowledge with others.
I truly believe that fitness is for everyone, and we all should enter a space where we can work together as a unit.

Resistance training took me from skinny to strong. I’ve always enjoyed sports and staying active, but only through training did my body begin to transform. My personal fitness journey built my confidence and sparked my career as a personal trainer, where I’ve helped my clients build muscle, strength, and reveal their best selves.
As a trainer I’m committed to excellence and furthering my coaching abilities through continued educational pursuits and hands-on workshops to practically apply the best training methods. Currently, I’m completing a BS in Kinesiology at CSU Dominguez Hills.
Starting your fitness journey can be challenging. There will be obstacles in your way, but I’m here to help you overcome those roadblocks and create a lifestyle that gives you confidence and strengthens you for years to come.
