SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

45 Minute Sessions: Each week you'll complete between 3 to 5 sessions with your personal trainer, implementing a personalized exercise program that challenges you and addresses your goals in a semi-private setting. You'll receive individualized attention and accountability to help you lose weight, tone up, or just feel stronger and have more energy. Training hours are available Monday through Friday from 6-7am, 7-8am, 9-10am, 5-6pm, and 6-7pm.

Flexible Diet Plan: You'll gain access to our step by step nutrition plan designed to show you how to eat the foods you love and get the results you want without starving yourself. As you use our flexible framework, you will learn how to make sustainable nutrition decisions that address your goals. You will receive no dietary restrictions but practice developing a healthy relationship with food.

Nutrition Coaching: The way you eat is unique to you, so you will receive a 1-On-1 Nutrition Coaching session that addresses what specific nutrition changes will deliver you the best results in 12 weeks. Nutrition recommendations are not a one-size fits all.

Progress Assessments: Weigh-ins, measurements, and photos are taken Week 1, Week 6, and Week 12 to assess your progress and provide direction based on your results. If more weekly or bi-weekly weigh-ins will help hold you accountable, you are welcome to weigh-in more often and track these measurements within our training app.

What is Semi Private Training?
Semi Private Training sessions have 3-5 people. Each person has their own personalized program designed based on their health and exercise history, ability, and goals. Your training program is delivered on our training app, where you will track the weights, reps, and/or time completed for each exercise. Coach will guide you through the exercises in your training plan, correct your form and advise you through-out the program to maximize your results. In this format you get the benefits of personal training in a motivating group environment.
How Is the Training Personalized to Me?
There are a few steps we take before creating your training plan. First, we’ll have an initial consultation to learn about your health and exercise history, availability for training, and goals. We’ll also discuss solutions to any potential barriers that would prevent you from achieving those goals. After this chat, we’ll perform a 30-40 minute physical assessment to see how you move and evaluate your strength and/or endurance to gain an understanding of what exercises will provide you with the most benefit.
What do I need to bring?
A positive mentality and strong work ethic. Physically, you’ll need your phone to access your training plan, closed-toe shoes, a small towel, and a water bottle. We have cubbies for members to store their belongings and 3 bathrooms stocked with last minute necessities (hair ties, feminine toiletries, etc.).
How soon will i see results?
By training 3-5 days a week and making the personalized nutrition changes we recommend, you’ll notice significant results in 6 weeks. We’ll hold you accountable and ensure your success with bi-weekly check-ins where we take measurements including a body composition analysis. Measurements are not mandatory but recommended.
why join our Semi Private Training rather than a gym?
Gyms are filled with crowded cardio equipment, weights, and machines – which may work if you are dedicated to a training routine that’s delivering results and don’t mind waiting for equipment. However, we’ve found that many people don’t use their gym membership or stay committed to a routine long enough to get results. At Sculpt Fitness, our coaches and community hold you accountable to 3-5 workouts a week. We take the guesswork out of training: just show up, do the workout, and make friends along the way. Additionally, we incorporate individualized nutritional and health coaching as part of one’s membership to maximize your progress.
What is Better Private Training or Semi Private Training?
Since both programs deliver a customized training plan, you’ll get the same results. What is better for you depends on your needs and preferences. Here are some questions and factors to consider:
- Do you struggle showing up to the gym without a 1-1 appointment?
- Do you prefer a private setting opposed to sharing a trainer with a few other clients?
