This resistance based boot camp is integrated with personalized nutrition coaching to preserve your body’s shape (muscle) while removing the fat. BOOT CAMP FAQS
What is the Boot Camp Class like?
Each class starts with a warm-up and stretch, followed by 30-35 minutes of resistance training and 10-15 minutes of cardio and plyometrics. The workouts follow a circuit training model with stations set up at timed intervals. Your trainer will be there to demonstrate the exercises, correct form, an provide exercise modification if necessary or increase the difficulty to further to challenge you. The best way for you to see what the classes are like is to come try one out for yourself.
What do I need to bring?
A positive mentality and strong work ethic. Physically, you'll need closed-toe shoes, a small towel, and a water bottle. We have cubbies for members to store their belongings and a bathroom stocked with last minute necessities (hair ties, feminine toiletries, etc.). On your first visit, come 15 minutes early to sign in and do a quick orientation with our trainer.
will i be able to do the workouts if i'm out of shape?
Yes! The workout is based on timed-intervals, so everyone is capable of completing the workout at their own pace. You are in control of the exercise difficulty, weights used, and rest breaks needed. Depending on your goals and your current fitness level, you and your trainer will work together to push you to the best of your ability.
How soon will i see results?
To target fat loss, tone up, or have more energy, you can accomplish this in our Small Group Boot Camp. By coming to class 3-5 days a week and making the personalized nutrition changes we recommend, you'll notice significant results in 6 weeks. We'll hold you accountable and ensure your success with bi-weekly check-ins where we take measurements including a body composition analysis. Measurements are not mandatory but recommended.
Why join our Small Group Boot Camp rather than a gym?
Gyms are filled with cardio equipment, weights, and machines - which is great if you are dedicated to a training routine that's delivering results. However, we've found that many people don't use their gym membership or stay committed to a routine long enough to get results. At Sculpt Fitness, our coaches and community hold you accountable and the workout program is designed to help you target fat loss, tone up and have more energy with 3-5 workouts a week. We take the guesswork out of training: just show up, do the workout, and make friends along the way. Additionally, we incorporate individualized nutritional and health coaching as part of one's membership to maximize your progress.
How is this Better than Other Boot Camps?
Boot camps are usually a general exercise class that typically serve large groups of 20-30 people. They focus on creating an environment that promotes more movement with a variety of "Boot Camp" inspired exercises. Getting people to move more is a great mission, but it may not be appropriate for you if you need form correction, individualized guidance, or want a specific outcome from a program. Instead, you'll find that our Small Group Boot Camp better addresses those needs.
Our Small Group Boot Camp is a training and nutrition program built to target fat loss and retain lean body mass (muscle and bone). The training protocol used includes a mix of full, lower, and upper body days that emphasize the main compound movements and progressive overload. The way we provide our nutrition guidance is a little different from other facilities too. Rather than give you a generic nutrition guide, we provide personalized nutrition coaching with a degreed nutritionist to help you find the most important practical changes you can make within your current diet to see better results.
Not all gyms are the same: different cultures, different workout styles, different goals. We welcome everyone who is interested to come to class and see if this is the environment for you. We are not a high-pressured sales establishment. If it's not the right fit, that's okay. We genuinely want to create a space for people to feel good and transform themselves.
