All exercise programs with a caloric deficit will end in weight loss, but they may not maximize fat loss. This resistance based boot camp is integrated with personalized nutrition coaching to preserve your body’s shape (muscle) while removing the fat. The result is a leaner physique and slimmer waistline that enhances the natural curves of your body.

Reduce sagging skin with a training plan that specializes in delivering a better composition change long term, and overcome plateaus to see more toning in your arms, legs, and throughout your body. Ive had class with Angel and Fernando and they are honestly both really great coaches. The set up and nutrition help from David made a big difference right away. Also, everyone who’s in the class is also positive and friendly. I would recommend joining to anyone who’s looking for a program that is both supportive and challenging.

After speaking with David & explaining what I was looking for, he recommended semi-private training. It is a small group led by a Coach. We all have personalized work outs, so we are doing different exercises. Coaches Fernando & Angel have been very supportive & have really helped me with my form (still working on that). I appreciate the attention they give me & the instructions on proper execution of the different moves.David also includes nutrition advice, so it’s a well rounded way to improve your health.I look forward to my workouts every week & am very happy that I found Sculpt Fitness.

This has been my favorite small group gyms that I have joined. I found Sculpt Fitness through Class Pass and decided to join after a few weeks of taking their classes. The classes are challenging, the people are friendly, and all of the coaches are encouraging. I primarily workout with Coach Fernando, and he is great about adjusting my form and challenging me to use heavier weights safely. When I joined, I received a 1-on-1 session with Coach David who gave me a very informative nutrition packet and helped me to find ways to add protein into family-favorite meals rather than completely changing what I eat. I truly appreciate that approach, because it feels more sustainable. I love that I can schedule my classes for the week in an app, and the class sizes are small so the coaches can focus on everyone. One other aspect I find valuable is the accountability component. If I have a scheduled class and I accidentally miss it (which is very rare), I will receive a message from my coach checking in on me. There’s never judgment about me missing a class, just accountability, and I appreciate that. Definitely give this gym a try if you are in the area!

Sculpt fitness has been exactly what I’ve been looking for. This gym is small but packs a huge punch the smaller classes make me feel comfortable while I’m working out. The instructors are great motivating and help keep you focused. Coach David helped me realize that, working out is not the only way for me to lose weight, I need to eat healthier while working out as well. I wish I had sign up sooner. This place is so welcoming for a newbie like me. I have always been intimidated joining but the coaches here have been so amazing. I like how the class are limited so I get the support and attention from the coach. I get to do it at my own pace and limit and never felt pressured at all. More than anything, Coach David has been instrumental in helping me understand the nutrition aspect which is also vital to my success. He offered a free nutrition workshop which I learned a lot. Scheduling the classes is easy using the app, along with the exercises I need to complete for the day. It has detailed videos and explanation in how to properly execute it so I have the option to do it independently or just ask the coach nearby. All in all, this is truly a great place as a beginner. I highly recommend this for first timers. You will love the vibe here.

I recently joined Sculpt Fitness and enrolled in their semi-private training program. Since joining, my experience at the gym has been fantastic. From the beginning with meeting with Coach David in creating a customized goal-based training program to the actual workouts with the trainers. Also, the gym is always clean and the equipment are well maintained. Lastly, there is a community feel amongst the trainers and clients that keeps everyone motivated and consistent with their trainings. I would highly recommend Sculpt Fitness and meeting with Coach David for a quick introduction.

This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for one on one private fitness training, this is a place for you. I’ve been going here for two months and love it. I didn’t want to go to one of those big gyms where there’s a bunch of people looking at you the whole time. At Sculpt Fitness it’s only me and the instructor there. That’s exactly what I was looking for and it’s perfect. I wanted individualized, concentrated instruction on building muscle. The prices are reasonable, there’s lots of parking, it’s clean and I’m now going three times a week instead of two!! My instructor is Angel and he’s very knowledgeable and a nice person. David, the owner, does nutrition planning as part of the program. Like I said, it’s a hidden gem for private fitness!!

I have been booking private sessions with one of their personal trainers, Kaelyn, and I have finally been able to see progress towards my fitness goals. I had been stagnant for the longest time, but I finally have been losing fat AND gaining muscle. Their team is professional and hold expertise in a wide range of training styles. I have had a gym membership for 5 years and this is the first time I have been consistent bc I’ve seen actual results! With Coach David’s guidance on nutrition, healthy tips, and bootcamp classes, it has been a challenging and exciting experience at every class. The trainers Angel and Fernando who orchestrate the 45min bootcamps do an amazing job at correcting form and encouraging progress. Truly it has been a lifestyle change. Feeling stronger and understanding how to manage my schedule to reach my fitness goals is something is didn’t know I was capable of prior to Sculpt. I was hesitant with the weigh ins and measurements in the beginning, but that has kept me accountable. With such a welcoming and supportive team, it has taught me that working out isn’t a hassle anymore. It’s 4% of my day where I can challenge myself and be better than the yesterday. Definitely recommend an intro class, so you can see for yourself!

I joined Scuplt Fitness to get my 60 year old body in shape so that I can enjoy the next 20 years with my family doing the activities I enjoy doing now. I love the semi private training in the small groups along with the fun atmosphere and great training equipment. The staff were eager to help me on my journey by providing assistance and knowledge to help me achieve my goals. Midway through the program my family took me to Moab Utah for my 60th birthday as I have always wanted to go there. We enjoyed horseback riding, rafting down the Colorado river, hiking in the Arches national Park and many other activities. Joining the semi private training course really helped me accomplish all those activities and savor the memories at one might just be the best birthday i've ever had. I am able to do things now that I haven't been able to do in the last 10 years and it's all due to the excellent staff and training at school fitness. Do yourself a favor, Check them out and sign up for a class. You'll be wondering why you didn't do it sooner.

This gym is under NEW OWNERSHIP! I signed back up on January 4th 2020 with David. David is a credentialed nutritionist with a Master's degree. The workouts are INTENSE but there are modifications if you need them, not to worry. My results speak for themselves. From January 21st 2020 to February 10th 2020 (6.5 weeks) I lost 9 lbs of body fat, which equates to 3.1% Body fat, and I gained over 2lbs of lean muscle. These are results from a DXA scan that is not onsite (no way to manipulate readings). The weight was fat loss, and this was AFTER I had already lost a significant amount of weight on my own and had plateaued for quite some time. I have definition in my arms, my abdomen, and my quads now. David helps me stay on my goals and I couldn't reccomend this place enough!

So many perks to this place. David is a legit nutritionist with a Masters degree in nutrition so he is able to not only help you reach your fitness goals but also your nutrition goals. Everyone is super nice and encouraging so it's like a family, and when you have goals to meet its like a 2nd home. The intensity of the work outs is solid, but can also be modified if intensity isn't your jam. I love working out next to 20 year old kids and 60 year old kids at the same time. Before I started with Sculpt Fitness I had no energy I was always tired 😴. When I started with Sculpt Fitness I wanted to quit the first week because I felt it was too hard for me and I would compare myself to the others that were working out. I decided NOT to quit because I always quit in the past. When I was working out I would literally cry because I couldn’t do a lot of the workouts, fortunately for me my sweat 😓 mixed with my tears 😭 so nobody could tell I was crying 😢 but I’m so grateful that the trainers are so patient and caring that they would modify the workouts for me. Little by little I have been getting stronger and stronger. I’m still a work in progress but I’ve seen so many benefits since I’ve been working out, for example my hubby says I don’t snore anymore!! I used to snore like a bear 🐻 according to him. Some of my clothes that used to fit tight are feeling loose. I’m so excited 😃. Ex coworkers that haven’t seen me for a while tell me that I look great (they don’t know I’m working out, lol😉). BOOT CAMP FAQS

What is the Boot Camp Class like?

Each class starts with a warm-up and stretch, followed by 30-35 minutes of resistance training and 10-15 minutes of cardio and plyometrics. The workouts follow a circuit training model with stations set up at timed intervals. Your trainer will be there to demonstrate the exercises, correct form, an provide exercise modification if necessary or increase the difficulty to further to challenge you. The best way for you to see what the classes are like is to come try one out for yourself.

What do I need to bring?

A positive mentality and strong work ethic. Physically, you'll need closed-toe shoes, a small towel, and a water bottle. We have cubbies for members to store their belongings and a bathroom stocked with last minute necessities (hair ties, feminine toiletries, etc.). On your first visit, come 15 minutes early to sign in and do a quick orientation with our trainer.

will i be able to do the workouts if i'm out of shape?

Yes! The workout is based on timed-intervals, so everyone is capable of completing the workout at their own pace. You are in control of the exercise difficulty, weights used, and rest breaks needed. Depending on your goals and your current fitness level, you and your trainer will work together to push you to the best of your ability.

How soon will i see results?

To target fat loss, tone up, or have more energy, you can accomplish this in our Small Group Boot Camp. By coming to class 3-5 days a week and making the personalized nutrition changes we recommend, you'll notice significant results in 6 weeks. We'll hold you accountable and ensure your success with bi-weekly check-ins where we take measurements including a body composition analysis. Measurements are not mandatory but recommended.

Why join our Small Group Boot Camp rather than a gym?

Gyms are filled with cardio equipment, weights, and machines - which is great if you are dedicated to a training routine that's delivering results. However, we've found that many people don't use their gym membership or stay committed to a routine long enough to get results. At Sculpt Fitness, our coaches and community hold you accountable and the workout program is designed to help you target fat loss, tone up and have more energy with 3-5 workouts a week. We take the guesswork out of training: just show up, do the workout, and make friends along the way. Additionally, we incorporate individualized nutritional and health coaching as part of one's membership to maximize your progress.

How is this Better than Other Boot Camps?

Boot camps are usually a general exercise class that typically serve large groups of 20-30 people. They focus on creating an environment that promotes more movement with a variety of "Boot Camp" inspired exercises. Getting people to move more is a great mission, but it may not be appropriate for you if you need form correction, individualized guidance, or want a specific outcome from a program. Instead, you'll find that our Small Group Boot Camp better addresses those needs.

Our Small Group Boot Camp is a training and nutrition program built to target fat loss and retain lean body mass (muscle and bone). The training protocol used includes a mix of full, lower, and upper body days that emphasize the main compound movements and progressive overload. The way we provide our nutrition guidance is a little different from other facilities too. Rather than give you a generic nutrition guide, we provide personalized nutrition coaching with a degreed nutritionist to help you find the most important practical changes you can make within your current diet to see better results.

Not all gyms are the same: different cultures, different workout styles, different goals. We welcome everyone who is interested to come to class and see if this is the environment for you. We are not a high-pressured sales establishment. If it's not the right fit, that's okay. We genuinely want to create a space for people to feel good and transform themselves.
