Parents ask us…

Is weight training safe for kids?

Yes, when done correctly. Our coaches prioritize proper technique over heavy loads. Supervised strength training is safe and beneficial for youth athletes at ages 12 and up.

Does my child need to already be in shape to join?

Not at all. This program is built for all levels, from beginners just starting out to competitive athletes looking for an edge. Every exercise is coached and adjustable.

What should my child bring?

Just athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a good attitude. We provide all equipment.

Can they do both Program 1 and Program 2?

Absolutely, and we recommend it. Continuity is where the real progress happens. Athletes who complete both programs see significantly better results.

What sports does this program help with?

All of them. The program focuses on foundational athletic qualities like strength, speed, power, and coordination that transfer to every sport including football, basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, and track.
