YOUTH Sports Performance TRAINING DETAILS

Participant Age Range: 12-18 Years old

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each session is designed to teach young athletes the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, supportive environment. Athletes will learn proper exercise technique, body control, and sport-specific movement patterns while developing strength, speed, agility, balance, and power.

Training focuses primarily on free weights and functional movements, helping participants build skills they can confidently use in any gym, school weight room, or home training environment.

Most importantly, our goal is to help your child develop confidence, discipline, and a positive relationship with exercise that lasts a lifetime.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Our Youth Sports Performance Training Program includes:

8 Group Training Sessions. Each session will be 45 minutes and have an expected class size of 4-8 kids.

Ages 12-18: Classes will be held every Monday & Wednesday at 10am.

Program 1 – June 22nd to July 17th

Program 2 –  July 20th to Aug 14th
